You gain a basic knowledge of real estate by taking this course.
This course covers New Jersey real estate law and rules and regulations
Also covered are: Agency, Ethics, Contracts, Appraisal, Federal Law, Fair Housing, Title, Taxes, Deeds, Ownership Methods, Mortgage Financing, and many other related subjects.
As a licensed real estate agent you can work in:
- A real estate office
- A property management company
- A mortgage lender’s office
- An appraisal company
- Many other firms involved with real estate matters.
Salesperson/Pre-License Evening Course
- Location: Online via Zoom, with option to attend in person in Toms River
- Course Schedule: 8 weeks, Tuesday and Thursday
- Times: 5:30 pm – 10:00 pm unless otherwise indicated
- Tuition: $450, includes books and materials
- Prerequisite: You must be a High School graduate or Equivalent
