This course prepares you to become a licensed real estate agent in New Jersey. We cover essential topics such as real estate law, property principles, contracts, and ethics. Our instructors ensure you understand the material to pass the licensing exam and succeed in the industry.

- Location: Online via Zoom, with option to attend in person in Toms River
- Course Schedule: Two weeks, Monday through Friday
- Times: 9:00am – 5:00pm unless otherwise indicated
- Tuition: $450, includes books and materials
- Prerequisite: You must be a High School graduate or Equivalent
State Required 75 Hours
Completion of the Salesperson/Pre-License course qualifies the student to take the State Examination
